What is Dollarbid.biz’s shipping policy?
Deliveries are made exclusively to the 50 states of the United States and Washington D.C.. Some restrictions or higher shipping costs may apply to deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made directly from our suppliers or from our warehouse to the address provided by You. Delivery times vary; therefore, any time provided is only a guide. 

When you submit your order, or winning an auction, we begin processing it immediately for shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. After processing your order, please allow an additional 5-7 business days in order to receive your order. 
Processing your order includes a security check on your payment information to ensure we are doing our part to keep your transaction safe, and allows time for the distribution center, or our supplier stores, to package the merchandise for shipment.

Dollarbid shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport must be reported to Dollarbid upon receipt.
Dollarbid reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse shipment to outlying islands and territories. If You are a resident of an outlying island or territory and Dollarbid determines Your purchases cannot be shipped, Dollarbid will refund the purchase price of the items, including bids placed on those items.

Unfortunately, we only ship exclusively to the USA (not AK and HI).

What is Dollarbid.biz’s return policy?
At Dollarbid.biz, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Please follow the guidelines below:
•    All merchandise may be returned (unless the item is marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable or won through our Bid Now Auction Platform) and must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags, including dust bags, eye-wear cases, and gift boxes when applicable.
•    Items must be returned within 7 days to receive full refund.
•    Items with security tags must be returned with the seal intact; Please note that if security tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
•    Services such as Ring Resizing and Certificate of Authenticity are not eligible for returns or refunds.
•    We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described. *
•    Items must not be altered or damaged (For example, a ring cannot be sized)

What if my item is defective?
Defective items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed defective and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
Before returning your merchandise please obtain a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)
•    You can also obtain an RMA by emailing us at customerservice@dollarbid.biz.
•    Upon approval, Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
•    Please print the RMA # on the outside of all returning parcels.
•    All items need to be returned with all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your refund may be delayed or we may not be able to process the return and have to send it back to you.
•    Please do not put shipping labels on product packaging.

Shipping expenses for returns will be paid by You unless the reason for the return is Dollarbid’ error. Should Dollarbid not be able to deliver the product ordered or the product won for any reason, you will have the option to accept an alternative but comparable item, as determined by Dollarbid in its sole discretion, or receive a refund of the transaction amount paid (including shipping costs, if any). Any bids used in that specific auction will also be credited back to your account.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once return has been accepted. US customers, ship your parcel via a standard shipping method. Ensure you obtain a valid tracking number to track and confirm delivery of your package. In order to keep the cost of our merchandise as low as possible, Dollarbid cannot offer free return shipping at this time. We hope to be able this service soon!
